A Diplexer is a three-port, Fixed Filter designed to route signals from a single port across three different bands according to frequency. Creation of a Triplexer can be straightforward in narrowband applications. In wideband scenarios, preserving impedance matching at the common port across the bands of interest becomes complex and requires experienced know how. MPG brings together practiced engineers with state-of-the-art technology to ensure the creation of high-performing and durable Diplexer filters.
L band, S band, C band, S band, and Ku band versions in band pass, band stop, high pass, and low passs configurations.
As with other Multiplexers, a Diplexer splits signals of different frequencies from a common input into 2 different outputs. Quintaplexers are constructed using various topologies to meet size, weight and power requirements.
Frequency: DC though HF, VHF, UHF, and up to Ku band covering frequency ranges of DC to 40GHz.
Features: Multiplexers are realised in different technologies, such as Lumped Element, Combline and Suspended Stripline ( Q’s ranging from 200 to 2000 dependant on technology) and available as ‘open’ or ‘closed’ configurations to suit customer needs. Narrowband to broadband passbands can be offered, with designs being contiguous or non-contiguous.
Our Diplexers are applicable for multiple markets, including defense, EW, RADAR, communications, SATCOM, and automated test equipment.
