Hollow waveguide resonators carry or propagate signals above a specified frequency. Below the cut-off frequency, no signals are propagated, making a waveguide a form of fixed Bandpass Filter. Since the TE10δ mode resonator has the lowest cutoff frequency, it becomes the dominant mode, and the only frequency band in operation.
TE10δ mode resonators offer very low loss, while operating at high frequencies, making them highly suitable to RF Microwave applications.
TE10δ mode resonator frequency: S band, C band from 4.3 GHz to 8.8 GHz.
TE10δ mode resonator features: The TE10δ mode resonator is available in bandwidths from 6.4% to 68.7%, in low loss configurations of x to xx sections and can realize high Q. TE10δ mode resonators come in a fixed bandpass design.
TE10δ mode resonator can fit a range of low loss, high frequency applications, including those in the following markets: defense, EW, RADAR, communications, SATCOM, telecom, SIGINT, aerospace, space, automated test equipment, navigation/GPS and data links.
