Dow-Key Microwave Corporation warrants our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of shipment. This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from product tampering or modification without Dow-Key’s expressed written consent. This warranty also does not apply to software, non-rechargeable batteries, power supplies, or problems arising from normal wear or failure to follow instructions. To exercise this warranty, contact Dow-Key Microwave headquarters in Ventura, California, or email askdk@dowkey.com. You will be given prompt assistance and return instructions. Send the product, transportation prepaid, to the Dow-Key headquarters. Repairs will be made and the product returned within the quoted period of time, transportation prepaid. Repaired or replaced products are warranted for the balance of the original warranty period, or at least 90 days.

Products and goods sold by K&L and covered by this warranty are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of and for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment from Seller to the Buyer (i.e. delivery of same to the Buyer's carrier). K&L’s warranty obligation hereunder shall be limited to making adjustments by repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price of any goods and products at the option of the Seller, which are returned to the Seller as provided below within one (1) year from the date of shipment by the Seller. In no event shall Seller be liable for direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages for breach of warranty. Adjustment shall not be allowed for products which have been damaged by lightning, subjected to abuse, improper application of installation, alteration or accident, negligence in use, storage, transportation or handling. Alteration or removal of the serial number or identification markings voids this Warranty. Seller shall have the right of final determination as to the existence and cause of a defect, whether adjustment will be allowed, and if allowed, whether adjustment will be by repair, replacement, or refund.

Pole/Zero AS9100D Certificate


New products delivered under orders shall be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery. Pole/Zero will, at its option, repair, correct or replace, ex works, Pole/Zero’s facility, any item which proves to be defective, provided that Pole/Zero is given written notice of any such defect no later than one (1) year after delivery. Repaired products, will be warranted for a period of 90 days from shipment date. Warranty for paid repairs are exclusively limited to repaired or replaced material and/or workmanship specific to the repairs performed, and does not extend the warranty of the repaired unit.
