Overview


The High Repeatability Coaxial SP12T-IT Switch is an electromechanical radio-frequency switch designed for high reliability, high repeatability, and long life to meet your application needs. Features include:

  • Internally terminated SP12T configuration
  • DC to 27 GHz frequency coverage
  • 2 million-cycle minimum operating life
  • 0.03 dB maximum insertion loss repeatability
  • 0.2 to 0.8 dB maximum insertion loss, depending on frequency
  • 60 to 90 dB minimum isolation, depending on frequency
  • 1.20:1 to 1.80:1 maximum VSWR, depending on frequency
  • 50-ohm impedance with SMA connectors
  • 15 ms maximum switching time
  • Latching and self-cutoff actuator options
  • Positive common, TTL-high compatible and CAN bus control options
  • 12 or 24 VDC nominal operating voltage
